Overview
Së̋w̋y Tḩō̂zda̋y Vǖy was founded durring the early 13th century in winter of the year 1250, by Grothnah. The establishment of Së̋w̋y Tḩō̂zda̋y Vǖy was plagued by a lack of willing colonists. After attempts to pay people to resettle failed Grothnah struck deals with nearby nations and communities to establish Së̋w̋y Tḩō̂zda̋y Vǖy as a prison colony.
Së̋w̋y Tḩō̂zda̋y Vǖy was built using the conventions of Hobgoblin durring the early 13th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Së̋w̋y Tḩō̂zda̋y Vǖy is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature masoned stone construction which prominantly features pointed arches, pointed ribbed vault cielings, flying buttress', and window tracery all of which share a simmilar gemoetetic patern halfway between organic and inorganic in design formaing a very distinct aesthetically integrated style. BUildings tend to reach for the havens, and more expencive homes are easily identified by their floor count as well as the addition of decorative features intigrated into the building's design such as statues, gargoyals, and embelished joinery.
Së̋w̋y Tḩō̂zda̋y Vǖy is buildings are arranged arrounded highly ordered system of spacious paverstone streets which form hexical paterns, allowing the incides of the octagons to be common grounds for the buildings on the edges, be it for parkland, yardspace, plazas, or markets. The town is protected by a series of wooden fences ringing the town's parimiter, which are likly intended to keep varrious beasts out of town rather than protect it from attack by any intelegent agents. Unfortuantly, these bare minimum defences are in extreem disrepair, so much so that one cannot tell if they are decaying from a lack of mantance or damage incured.
A look around Së̋w̋y Tḩō̂zda̋y Vǖy seems to be home to a quite vibrant and boisterous community. Everywhere one looks they can see people going out their daily business with a smile and a spring in their step. Children play loudly in the streets, causing untold havoc as youth are want and allowed to do. On second glance, that chaos continues into adulthood. People seem to be allowed to do as they please with little harmoney to anything. It feels less like a town, and more like a spot people just happened to place their homes. Yet there are small elements here and there which show the underlying structure of the community. It’s just so complex, organic, and flowing one can only understand what is a piece of the puzzle, but not what its neighbors are.

Cultural Notes
Së̋w̋y Tḩō̂zda̋y Vǖy's garrison was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is characterized by dynamic designs and complex architectural plan forms; intended to heighten feelings of motion and sensuality, and frequently based on the oval. It made extensive and extreme use of: Grandeur, Contrast, Curves and twists, Rich surface treatments, Gilded statuary, Bright colors, Vividly painted ceilings, Fragmented or deliberately incomplete elements, Large-scale frescoes, Dramatic central projections on an external facade, the use of plaster, stucco, or marble finishing, Illusory effects such as trompe l’oeil, and pear-shaped domes. While beloved by the nobility, the common folk tended to despise the style due to the massive consumption of resources required for even a small building constructed in this style.
In Së̋w̋y Tḩō̂zda̋y Vǖy hail is always enormous, yet harmlessly plinks off people, creatures, and structures.
Së̋w̋y Tḩō̂zda̋y Vǖy's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in autumn and involves square dance to channel Transmutation energies of tier 3 via chanting.

Points of Interest
A great magical Working has been a critical part of Së̋w̋y Tḩō̂zda̋y Vǖy since its creation, but now it's beginning to decay. It may function only intermittently, now, or its effects may have curdled into something double-edged. The locals have no idea how to fix it, and indeed, it may not be possible to repair it with modern science or sorcery.
